By accessing or using the SFT AI Lead Engine platform (“Service”), operated by Smooth Flow Tech e.U. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

SFT AI Lead Engine is a B2B lead generation platform that provides:

• AI-powered website analysis and gap detection (50+ data points).
• Predictive lead scoring based on digital signals, market trends, and competitor data.
• AI-generated personalized outreach emails and follow-up sequences.
• AI call script generation based on prospect analysis.
• Lead discovery via Google Places and other public data sources.
• Analytics dashboards, CSV import/export, and pipeline management.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties.
• Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by anyone you grant access to.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) or violate anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data beyond the scope permitted by the Service.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

The Service offers a 14-day free trial and paid subscription plans as described on our pricing page.

• After the 14-day free trial ends, an active paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected during checkout.
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to paid features.

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Smooth Flow Tech e.U. and is protected by Austrian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to or create through the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smooth Flow Tech e.U. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. In the event of termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• We will delete your data within 30 days, unless legally required to retain it.
• You may request an export of your data before termination takes effect.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vienna, Austria.
